Sylvester Stallone is on the hunt to get every older Hollywood heros for his Expendables franchise. The latest stars Sly has tried to recruit are Wesley Snipes, Harrison Ford and Clint Eastwood.
In a recent interview, Expendables producer Avi Lerner mentioned that The Expendables 3 film would definitely have a spot for Dirty Harry if he’s willing to join.
“He does?” asked Eastwood, when told during a recent interview that Stallone wants him to join The Expendables 3. “I haven’t had the opportunity to see [The Expendables] yet. I haven’t read any material.”
When asked if he would consider taking a role if the Rocky star asked him he replied, “Probably not. I’m probably more apt to direct something. Maybe I’ll direct The Expendables 3.”
