Much like cars are crash tested, condoms are taken through rigorous testing to ensure their dependability and safety including air inflation tests, water tests and electronic testing procedures that detect microscopic defects not visible to the human eye.
In fact, during the air inflation tests to gauge condom strength, condoms are inflated with air until they reach three feet high and one foot wide!
