Wale Confronts An NBA Commentator At Wizards Game For Talking Slick

This is definitely not the best week for rappers when it comes to the NBA.
Last night, Wale found himself in some drama while catching a Washington Wizards vs. Toronto Raptors game at the Verizon Center in Washington, D.C. It all allegedly started when Wale began trash-talking Raptors forward Rudy Gay from his court side seat which lead to some slick comments from play-by-play commentator Matt Devlin. He started going in on Wale by calling him a “local rapper” and saying things like, “A fan is heckling him, he’s a local rapper. WA-LAY. Maybe someone on twitter can let me know if they ever heard of Wale. He’s not Drake, that’s for sure.”
Wale heard about the insults and not only tweeted Devlin, “Shut Your Mouth” but proceeded to the commentator booth to approach the guy. Afterwards, Wale tweeted:
On the Internet when u defend urself ur criticized for being less of a man. There’s NO honor in defending yourself,or your name.
Somebody call u out your name . And you confront them . YOU wrong . So who u cheerin for the people who take insults in stride? Since when
