Fresh off the successful opening week of his debut album Dreams and Nightmares, Meek Mill made an appearance yesterday on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.
The Philly star performed "Young & Gettin' It" featuring Kirko Bangz, The Roots and Funkmaster Flex.
