This past weekend, the likes of Diddy, Fabolous, Red Cafe and more were spotted at the Ritz Carlton in Philly at a black tie gala as part of the Joy To the World festival. The gala was part of a series of events that was designed to raise money and awareness for hunger, homelessness, and other issues.
