The mother of Lebron James is in police custody after being arrested at a posh Miami Beach hotel.
Gloria James was arrested Wednesday and charged with misdemeanor assault.
Police have yet to give details on her arrest but say an incident took place at the Fontainebleau Hotel.
She was released early Thursday morning.
In 2006 Gloria was arrested for a DWI while her son played for the Cleveland Cavaliers
