Before she heads to Philly to headline Day 1 of the Budweiser Made In
America Festival on Saturday, the blonde bob rocking Mrs. Carter had
some major fun in Brooklyn in Coney Island. Model Jourdan Dunn, who has a cooking channel on Mr. Carter's Life+Times website, was right there with her. And so were the cameras.
