The # 7 slot on MTV's Hottest MC's In The Game List goes to Lil Wayne.

While some may disagree with this placement, what can't be denied is Weezy's work ethic.

The CEO of Young Money Records has been in jail since May, but it doesn't seem like he's been gone that long..

The man prepared well for his prison sentence, leaving his fans lots of quality music and videos to hold them over until his November 2010 release from Rikers Island.

In 2010 Wayne released two solo albums. The rock influenced 'Rebirth' which has gone gold. And 'I Am Not A Human Being' which just hit # 1 on Billboards Hot 100 chart this week.

Add to that the countless videos he shot before going in, "Drop The World" ft Eminem from 'Rebirth', "No Love", another Eminem collaboration that appeared on Em's 'Recovery' cd.

Also "Da Da Da", "Knockout" ft Nicki Minaj and "I Am Not A Human Being". Well you get the picture, dude put in work. He actually shot nine videos in one weekend at one point in Febrary.

So Wayne gets a well deserved nod at # 7 on the list.....congrats.
