Nicki Minaj & Rihanna To Appear On An Album Benefiting Japan

“Let's continue to keep the people of Japan in our prayers! We are all heartbroken for u,” Rihanna Tweeted following news of the earthquake.
The digital album will be released through Universal Music Group and will also feature tracks from Justin Bieber, U2, Bon Jovi, and possibly Lady Gaga.
A spokesperson for the Japanese Red Cross explained,
“We are doing it only digitally because it is faster, and this will be a worldwide release. The plan is to have it available later this week,”
All of the artists appearing on the album have agreed to waive royalty fees and provide the maximum amount of benefits for Japan.
The benefit album is expected to be available in online stores later this week, and all proceeds from the album will be sent directly to the Japan Red Cross.
